The fee for package inclusive of Doctor Delivery Fee and Hospital charges. Estimate to be $7,000... The above charges exclude blood test,baby doctor fees,Anesthetist fees
Finally into my 15th weeks of pregnancy after 4 weeks of wait during the last check up.The waiting was long.Felt a sense of excitement and nervous while waiting at the clinic.
Being the first time,unable to fall asleep for the whole night.Was up very early in the morning that I simply can't get to sleep. As per normal,there was a simple test on my urine,taking of blood pressure and the measurement of my weight.
Finally,I had gained some weight.From 42kg at 11 weeks,to 45.7kg at 15 weeks.
At the very least,I saw something. Baby was weighing at 100gram then,just like the weight of a ''bak kwa'' said Doctor Ong in a joking manner.*smile*
Even the spinal cord was fully obtained.
Just before we can ask about the gender,Doctor Ong had asked if we want to know the gender? Being excited,we wished to know it eagerly!!! Well,I had more preference on baby girl,while dearie prefer baby boy.In the end,I had won the battle...We will have a little princess with us in the coming July...
Nevertheless,the most important thing was the baby to be healthy,and not of the gender then. There was this pre-natal classes conducted by Mount Alvernia and Mount Elizabeth Hospital.
Was given some brochures by Doctor Ong so as to let us decide if we wanna go for the class. I believe strongly that,being a first time parent,there tend to have lots of things which we gonna learn and know.Therefore,we decided to go for the class conducted on the 24th weeks of pregnancy. There was a few seesion for this pre-natal class,which we gonna attend.Shall gather more info about this and hope to start the class soon with the rest of the mummies to be.
There was this bottle of blood being drawn for testing of some sickness,for the doctor himself to take note as well as for the hospital to keep a record of.On top of that,I had an injection,a flu jab that was taken to prevent myself and the little baby in me against any flu infection,which the jab will last for a year.
Our damage for today appointment alone was $287,which included the ultrascan,consultation,blood test,flu jab.

RE: Enfamama,another set of sample is here*
A sample from Enfamama which was delivered on Saturday..This is my second sample of milk powder being delivered to me through online booking.
Shall try it out soon to find out the taste.Well,I tried out the previous one,Dumex...The taste was not too bad,but eventually I had this nausea feeling upon drinking it.I suspected not being able to drink milk product then....
Finally stepping into my 14weeks and 1day of pregnancy for today.I wonder how is my little baby growing inside me?I'm eagerly waiting for the next scanning which will be done next Saturday,one day just before the eve of Chinese New Year.
My pregnant belly seems growing bigger,and this time round,it's confirmed not much of my original tummy,but my pregnant belly..
The shape of it was more obvious this time round especially seeing from the side of the body.
I had tried very hard to take my supplements for calcium and vitamins,but both of them made me nausea that I had to stop taking them for a while.
Today,i started with just taking calcium and it looks pretty fine.I suspect it's the vitamins that is doing the trick.
*Must learn to overcome it*

RE: The sample of Dumex milk powder had arrived_//
Package from Dumex
What was found in the package?Quite a few weeks back,there's this friend whom I know through forum actually taught me a way to get the sample for milk powder from online.We need not waste our cash on a huge tin of milk powder for mummies,as we had never tasted that before.
So,she gave me a list of website which I can actually get some samples to try on different brand for the milk powder before purchase,one of it was Dumex.
After 3 weeks of waiting,the sample came today.Not only was there brochures in the package,there was 2 packets of Dumex milk powder and a soft toy.
Had yet to try on this.Shall check it out this coming Saturday then.
I had actually tried on Annum,this brand then.It tasted quite nice,but still,a fussy me would like to try out different sample so as to choose a better one for the little one in my womb.
Meanwhile,I shall just consume the calcium supplements from my gynae before I started on drinking milk.Mean reason was that,I tend to puke whenever I drink milk then.
Right now,I shall get more samples of other brand like Friso,Similac,Abbott,EnfaMama etc.

It's 11 weeks and 5days old for our little one.It seems that I had been calculating the date of it everyday.Very soon,I will be approaching the 2nd trimester,as I almost finishing with the 1st trimester then.
Somehow,I do find that there was a slight improvement for my morning sickness then.It wasn't as bad as before and I could eat slightly better.The only differences for this week was that,almost one to two hours,I will be looking for food.The nausea feeling explain so that it was time for some makan session then.
Sometimes I do run out of ideas what to have for snack.I could only try eating snack bar,biscuits(which tend to be dry) or replace them with fruits,which I had just started doing so for this week.
I totally throw up on bread whenever I touch it.It do seems our little baby doesn't like the idea of having bread.*smile*
Therefore I had been searching for new websites for ideas and little snack to cure the hunger.,Finally I found two very good websites that explain about not only the growth of the baby,but also some ideas about pregnancy.....
